- 9 oz ST‑GERMAIN
- 12 oz Sparkling Wine
- 12 oz Sparkling Water
- Lemon Twist
- Pour sparkling wine and sparkling water into carafe.
- Top with St‑Germain.
- Give the drink a good stir to combine all of the ingredients.
- Pour over ice into your spritz glass.
- Gently twist a lemon peel on top of your drink to garnish.
